RC56 Silver Metallic / Fast Track

The New Balance RC56 is an unprecedented silhouette in the brand's catalog: originally designed in collaboration with Aimé Leon Dore, it is inspired by an archival cross-country shoe from the early 2000s, with a technical construction that did not yet exist in the lifestyle line. The silhouette is low, slender, with a contemporary profile that stands out from the rest of the NB offering by its lightened proportions and visual density.

The perforated leather and nylon mesh upper is built with expansive overlays and screen-printed lines that suggest speed and movement — a graphic direction borrowed directly from archival running spikes. FuelCell foam delivers propulsive and responsive cushioning for everyday wear. The waffle outsole ensures grip. In the Silver Metallic / Fast Track colorway, the chrome silver finishes catch the light with every stride for an immediate futuristic look.
