The GEL-KINETIC 2.0 is a silhouette that draws on two generations of ASICS heritage – the GEL-KINETIC and the GEL-FRANTIC – to construct a tech-runner that doesn't just reference the past. It re-architects it. The multi-layered upper combines an open mesh base with synthetic overlays and a molded polyurethane cage that offers structure and support while visually articulating the modernity of the design. The sculpted heel creates a double sole effect – like two shoes fused into one – with an integrated transparent heel counter that enhances support without adding bulk.

Underfoot, the technology shines: scutoïdal GEL pods have been restructured to be softer and more responsive, repositioned underfoot for better energy distribution. FF BLAST PLUS foam – the same as in the brand's premium running models – completes the cushioning with lightness and responsiveness. The TPU TRUSSTIC cage surrounds the pods and adds torsional stability and abrasion protection.

In this Clay Grey / Black colorway, the silhouette operates with measured restraint. The black mesh forms the base of the upper, black synthetic overlays add contrast and structure, and Clay Grey panels wrap the mudguard, eyelets, collar, and midsole for a neutral and sophisticated balance. Metallic gold details – on the tongue branding, lace dubraes, outlined ASICS logos, and inside the visible GEL pods – provide the precision that separates this colorway from a simple monochrome runner.
