Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped from our store in Brussels within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Fees

• Belgium: Standard delivery with Fedex, DPD, or UPS including tracking. Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

• European Union: Standard delivery with Fedex, DPD, or UPS including tracking. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.

• Outside the EU / International: We also deliver outside the European Union. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your country.

If your country is not listed, please contact us at office@reservoir-store.com to arrange a shipment.

In-Store Pickup – Click & Collect

Free in-store pickup is available. Select this option at checkout and collect your items at the following address:

We will send you an email once your order is ready.

Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply upon receipt of your package. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Tracking

We do our best to meet the announced delivery times. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, customs, weather, etc.).

To track your package, use the tracking number provided by email once your order has been shipped.
